Abstract: This paper seeks to analyze the theories of Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) over the past few decades. An attempt has also been made to define international growth as a result of these investments. All of these ideas agree with the idea that a company invests in foreign markets in order to reap the benefits of localization, firm-specific or foreign exchange.
