Abstract:
Work is a central part of well-being but it may become a problem when people experience workplace bullying, which includes psychological, physical, and sexual abuse or harassment. Workplace bullying is an important organization and social concern. The success of any organization depends upon the performance of its employees and the success of the employee's performance depends upon two parties one is the organization and second is the employee himself, in short, they are interdependent on each other for their success. The paper also focuses on the consequences of workplace bullying and various relevant legislation. This paper also reviews the various initiatives taken by the international and national government regarding workplace bullying. The data has been collected from 100 respondent and interpretation has been made for the same.
