Abstract: This study examines the relationship between workload, stress levels, and job satisfaction among pharmacy technicians in a large tertiary hospital. A cross-sectional survey of 50 pharmacy technicians revealed a significant negative correlation between workload and job satisfaction, indicating that higher workload is associated with lower job satisfaction. Additionally, years of experience positively predicted job satisfaction, suggesting that more experienced technicians may better manage workload-related stress. These findings highlight the importance of effective workload management and support systems to enhance job satisfaction and reduce burnout among pharmacy technicians.
