Abstract: This study explores innovative approaches to healthcare delivery in remote and sparsely populated regions through public-private partnerships (PPPs). The research examines the challenges faced by these areas in accessing quality healthcare and investigates how PPPs can address these issues. Using a mixed-methods approach, including a systematic literature review and case studies from various countries, the study identifies key factors contributing to successful healthcare PPPs in remote regions. The findings reveal that well-structured PPPs can significantly improve healthcare access, quality, and efficiency in underserved areas. The study proposes a framework for implementing effective healthcare PPPs in remote regions, emphasizing the importance of community engagement, technological integration, and sustainable financing models. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on innovative healthcare delivery models and provides practical insights for policymakers and healthcare professionals working to improve health outcomes in remote communities.
