Abstract: This study investigates the impact of pharmacist-radiologist collaboration on optimizing imaging procedures through medication management in a tertiary hospital setting. A quasi-experimental design with 200 patients was employed, divided into an intervention group (pharmacist involvement) and a control group (standard care). The results demonstrated a significant reduction in adverse reactions (5% vs. 15%), improved imaging quality scores (mean 4.5 vs. 3.8), and higher patient compliance with preparation instructions (90% vs. 75%) in the intervention group. These findings underscore the value of pharmacist involvement in enhancing patient safety, imaging quality, and adherence to preparation protocols, ultimately contributing to more efficient healthcare delivery.
