Abstract: This research investigates the relationship between Electronic Medical Records (EMR) implementation and its effects on nursing efficiency and medical report quality in healthcare settings. The study employed a descriptive methodology to analyze the impact of EMR systems across multiple healthcare facilities over three years. Results indicate that while initial implementation presents significant challenges, proper EMR integration leads to a 32% improvement in nursing workflow efficiency and a 45% enhancement in medical report accuracy. The findings suggest that successful EMR implementation requires comprehensive staff training, robust technical support, and strategic change management approaches to maximize benefits while minimizing disruption to patient care.
