Abstract: Namibia’s Vision 2030 aims to create a knowledge-based society, aligning with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study investigates the perceived importance of internships and job shadowing in Namibia, examining their impact on national development, organizational learning, and advancement towards Vision 2030 and key SDGs. Employing a qualitative approach with exploratory focus, the research used in-depth interviews and focus group discussions to explore perspectives from organizational leaders, student interns, and policymakers.
