Abstract: This paper explores the integration of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and DocuSign e-signature solutions to automate the bulk sending and tracking of contracts in insurance auto property companies. The integration ensures compliance, improves operational efficiency, and reduces the administrative burden associated with contract management. By leveraging Salesforce's custom objects and DocuSign's e-signature capabilities, companies can streamline contract updates, track signed agreements, and manage follow-ups for unsigned contracts, thus enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing legal risks.
