Abstract: Hives means Urticaria, It’s commonly known as hives. Hives is very common condition of skin which is rarely fatal, it can impair of quality of life a patient who is suffering from hives. Hives is a hypersensitivity reaction caused by either an external or internal factor. a case of a 26 year old man was Suffering from urticaria since 6-7 months having raised erythematous wheal type lesion with itching, This lesion appear specially on face ,upper and lower limb. The patients prescribed indicated constitutional Homoeopathic medicines. Individualised homoeopathic medicine Apis Mellifica was prescribed in centesimal potency which showed a positive role in the treatment of hives. Within few months urticaria on whole body was annihilated. There was no recurrence.
